RETURN & REFUND POLICY as of 1/1/24
Damaged Products Policy*
Byrna® launchers, Byrna® Mission 4, Byrna Shields™, Byrna Banshees™, and Byrna launcher accessories and projectiles that are damaged or defective when received will be replaced at no charge to the customer provided that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is requested within ten (10) days of receipt and the product is shipped within five (5) days of the RMA issuance.
*This policy provides for the replacement of goods that arrive damaged or defective upon inspection with new products at no cost to the customer. Â Defects or operational issues that arise after this period will be repaired in accordance with our standard limited factory warranty.
*This policy applies to all products purchased after 01/01/24
ATTENTION: Buyers are to be aware that some or all items purchased may or may not be available immediately. Some items might be back-ordered and may take longer to receive. All items will be ordered as soon as payment has cleared but will still be subject to a waiting period due to item availability, warehouse processing, and shipping issues due to weather. Again ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
* If you pay by check, all purchased items will be ordered, once available will be shipped, or delivered once the check has cleared.
