RETURN & REFUND POLICY as of 1/1/24
Damaged Products Policy*
Byrna® launchers, Byrna® Mission 4, Byrna Shields™, Byrna Banshees™, and Byrna launcher accessories and projectiles that are damaged or defective when received will be replaced at no charge to the customer provided that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is requested within ten (10) days of receipt and the product is shipped within five (5) days of the RMA issuance.
*This policy provides for the replacement of goods that arrive damaged or defective upon inspection with new products at no cost to the customer.  Defects or operational issues that arise after this period will be repaired in accordance with our standard limited factory warranty.
*This policy applies to all products purchased after 01/01/24
ATTENTION: Buyers are to be aware that some or all items purchased may or may not be available immediately. Some items might be back-ordered and may take longer to receive. All items will be ordered as soon as payment has cleared but will still be subject to a waiting period due to item availability, warehouse processing, and shipping issues due to weather. Again ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
* If you pay by check, all purchased items will be ordered, once available will be shipped, or delivered once the check has cleared.
